Disneyland 2011

We just got back from The Happiest Place on Earth!! My mom, sister Aubrey, and sister Ashley and her husband Jake all flew out to go to Disneyland with us. My mom has been wanting to take Karlee to Disneyland for awhile so we finally made the plans. Karlee absolutely LOVED it!

Since Karlee loved every ride she went on Jeff wanted t0 see if she liked the Matterhorn rollercoaster. You can see by her face this was not her favorite. She said it was too fast:)

Karson did awesome the whole time. He loved the rides that he could go on and he slept a lot of the time in the stroller.

We had such a fun trip. The weather was perfect. We got lucky on a lot of rides and meeting characters in that we didn't have to wait very long. The kids did great as well. It was so nice having my family there to help and enjoy the kid's first experience at Disneyland!!

Salt Lake Trip

We went up to Salt Lake this last weekend for little Liam's baby blessing. We had a great time seeing Jeff's parents, grandma, and his brother Kyle's family.
Saturday morning Jeff and Aubrey ran a 5k close to her house. I wanted to go watch Jeff run his first race but it had snowed the night before and was too cold for me and the kids. We Vegas people don't like cold:)

My birthday was on Saturday so Aubrey hosted a birthday brunch and invited some of my friends who live up there.

She made these cute little icecream cake pops which I think turned out so cute!

11 Months

Karson turned 11 months on Easter! I am having a hard time with him growing up so fast. He almost doesn't seem like a baby anymore and it makes me sad:(

His cute little face and precious smile makes me so happy though:)
He has lots of energy and is always wanting to be on the move. He goes around the house making messes all day long.

He practices walking around a lot with his little truck but hasn't taken any steps on his own yet. He is pretty content crawling around because he is so fast. I'm sure it won't be long though.

We just love Karson so much! He is such a good little boy!!

Happy Easter!

I feel like Easter has been coming for weeks and it finally came. Karlee has gotten to dye eggs, have an egg hunt with some friends, see the Easter Bunny and had the Easter Bunny visit our house. She has loved it all! Here are the kids today before church. Karlee is actually wearing her flower girl dress she wore exactly one year ago today. It matched the little outfit my mom got Karson. It is so hard finding matching girl and boy clothes in the store.
They look so big standing there together! It is impossible to get a good picture of a 2 year old and an 11 month old though.

Karlee calls it her wedding dress. I just can't believe it still fits.

The Easter Bunny hid Karlee's basket in mom and dad's closet. That is where Karlee loves to hide while playing hide and seek.

Karson found his basket under the sink in the bathroom. That is where I can usually find him getting in to something.

They were pretty happy with what they found!

Trying To Keep Busy

These cute little munchkins are full of energy and are always looking for something to do. If they aren't eating or sleeping they need to be enertained! Karlee is always asking, what should we do now? I want to say just sit and relax but she isn't to fond of that.

So, we have been going to friend's houses, playing at the park, and trying to find things to do to keep them busy!

There was a free festival on Saturday that we went to that had rides and other fun things. Karlee thought it was so fun!

Karlee had her friend Irelynn over today to dye easter eggs. They thought it was pretty cool.

This is usually my view of Karson. He crawls around following me around the house. Then when I stand in one place he usually just hangs on my leg waiting for me to pick him up. He loves his mama!!

Luckily we are headed to visit family and friends in Utah and then my family is coming to visit. Hopefully everyone else can enertain them for a bit:)
