Just because I'm bored...

Jeff decided to work some overtime today and Karlee is napping so instead of being productive I thought I would post more cute pictures of Karlee.

She likes reading now. She is finally starting to actually look at the pictures instead of eating the books.

You can see on the side of her face she has an owie. She fell down while trying to pull herself up on something. I have a feeling she will be getting a lot more bumps and bruises. So sad:(

The weather here has been awesome. As I hear of snow and ice storms everywhere else across the country we are basically in the mid 60's everyday. Karlee has gotten to go to the park a few times and she loves the swings.

7 Months!

Another month has gone by. I don't know where the times goes. Our little baby is growing up!

Last week Karlee was playing on the floor and I turned away for a minute. Next thing I knew she was pulling herself up on the toy bucket.

Now she does it all the time. The only problem is after she does it she doesn't know what to do next. It won't be long before she is pulling herself up completely. We need to do some baby proofing. I have a feeling she is going to be getting into a lot of trouble.

She is starting to figure out what the camera is. She is pretty good at smiling when we take her picture.

Recent Pictures

Karlee is getting so big. I can't hardly stand it. The good thing is she is lots of fun! She loves playing with her toys.

She hates tummy time and has always freaked out when we put her on her tummy. A few nights ago she decided she was going to start sleeping on her stomach though. Everytime we put her in the crib on her back she rolls over. When she wakes up she usually goes into a panic because she still can't roll over from front to back.

We have been feeding her lots of veggies and given her some fruit too. She was loving it until a few days ago. Now I have to pretty much stand behind Jeff and do a song and dance while he sneaks food in her mouth. Hopefully this will end soon. She needs to be eating though because when I took her to the doctor last week she only weighed 14.4. She is now in the 15th percentile.
She is just a little thing but is always so happy. She smiles all the time!

I just can't get enough of her.

6 Months!!

While we were in Missouri Karlee turned 6 months old! We can't even believe it. She thinks she is so big now. She always has to be up and looking around at everything. She tries to grab everything in site and then put it in her mouth. She sits up good on her own and is eating baby food now. This is a really fun age!
