8 Months

Karson is 8 months old today! He is growing too fast! In the last month he has become a mama's boy. He cries when I leave the room and laughs and smiles when I come back. He wants me to hold him all the time too. I guess it is okay because he is just so cute:)

He has his two bottom teeth now and started eating some snacks by himself.

He had to cheer on the Ducks when they played in the National Championship.

And just today Karson started really crawling!! He has been so close for weeks and he decided to do it today. Watch out because he is on the loose. Karlee has realized that he can now go get into her stuff and she isn't too happy about that.

Daddy Daughter Date

Jeff bought Karlee tickets to Disney On Ice for Christmas. She has been looking forward to it eversince. On Saturday they finally got to go.
Karlee was so excited to go see some of her favorites...mickey,minnie, and all the princessess (her new thing she is in to).

Jeff said the show was great and Karlee loved it!

Poor Guy

Poor little Karson has been sick and we all just feel so bad for him. He has been coughing and has had a bad runny nose. I took him to the doctor on Monday and he has bronchiolitis. We have to give him breathing treatments two times a day. The only good part of this is he is super snuggly and the only way he will go to sleep is if I rock him. Hopefully he will get better soon!

It Snowed!

It snowed yesterday in Vegas! Karlee was so excited to go and play in it. After breakfast we went out and built a snowman, threw a couple snow balls, and took some pictures. After about 15 minutes we were cold so we came inside. We looked out the window around lunchtime and it was all gone. That is my kind of snow and one of the reasons we love living in Vegas!

The last time it snowed was two years ago when Karlee was about Karson's age and we built the same little snowman.

Christmas 2010

Since we went to Missouri earlier in December we stayed home for Christmas. Aubrey came down and that made it more fun then just being us. On Christmas Eve we went down to the Bellagio. We did it last year and thought it could become our new tradition.

It was Karson's first Christmas and he and Karlee made out very well! Karlee seemed to understand this year about opening presents and Santa. Both the kids were spoiled by both sets of grandparents, aunts & uncles, and by Santa.

Karlee loved opening presents! She opened all of hers and pretty much all of Karson's.

Karson didn't know what was going on but he likes all of his boy toys.

Aubrey got the kids a tent and tunnel. Karlee loves it and wants everyone to play inside it.

Aubrey went to NYC not that long ago and she brought the whole family back a shirt. Hopefully I can make it there someday!

The kids had a great week with Aubrey visiting! We had a great Christmas that pretty much extended through the whole month of December. Karlee was sad we had to take the decorations down today but we are looking forward to 2011!
